With just two weeks to go until the start of the Ibiza 2023 World Multisport Championship, one of the most awaited and best kept secrets of the event has come to light. Pacha Ibiza, undoubtedly the most emblematic discotheque on the island, will host the closing and farewell ceremony of the World Cup.
The ceremony will begin on Sunday, May 7 at 8:30 p.m. with the opening of the hall and from 9:30 p.m. onwards, medals will be awarded to the Age Groups in all categories in the Aquabike and Long Distance Triathlon and Long Distance Paratriathlon events.
This will be followed by recognition of the athletes who have achieved the Multisport Legend title (athletes who have raced and completed 5 or more World Cup events), followed by the farewell ceremonies of the Ibiza 2023 World Championship and the handover of the baton to the Australian city of Townsville, host of the next multisport event in August 2024.
